• Your Ticket ID is personal and non-transferable
• The summit is currently free to attend; any changes will be communicated clearly in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel or revoke a registration in cases of misconduct or misrepresentation

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, designs, and recordings — is the property of Nightingales Summit or its licensed contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

5. Photo & Recording Consent

By registering and attending, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed and recorded. Where you have provided consent during registration, your image may appear in summit publications, social media, or promotional materials. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Our website and event information are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or continuity of any content. We are not liable for technical disruptions, changes to the programme, or third-party service failures.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of this platform or attendance at Nightingales Summit events shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

Known Limitations

Trademark & Brand Protection

The name "Nightingales Summit", its logo, visual identity, and associated brand assets are the intellectual property of the organisation. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of the brand — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Nightingales Summit shall not be held liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at or during summit events beyond our reasonable control
• Disruption to events caused by force majeure (natural disasters, public health emergencies, government directives, etc.)
• Third-party content, websites, or services linked from our platform
• Technical failures in third-party tools used for registration, streaming, or communication
